Once we’ve received your inquiry, we’ll reach out within 3 business days to schedule a complimentary consultation call for up to 30 minutes to understand your travel preferences, style, budget, wishes, and to answer any questions you may have. Planning service fee quotes will be sent after our call.

DESIGN

We will get to work on your custom designed travel proposal based on our conversation and information you have provided as soon as we receive the planning service fee. You can expect the proposal to include accommodation options, activities/tours, and transportation costs.

REFINE

We work together to refine your itinerary until it perfectly matches your vision. You are welcome to be as involved (or not) as you'd like!

BOOK

After you approve the itinerary, we handle all bookings and confirmations on your behalf. We will process any deposits that may be due during this step too. Then, if applicable, we will be in touch in the time leading up to your trip with recommendations for down time activities, local restaurants, etc.

Before your trip, we provide detailed electronic documentation and offer a pre- departure call to ensure you're fully prepared. Once you’ve arrived, we’ll check in occasionally to ensure our trusted travel partners are taking the best care of you!
