how it works
STEP 1: discover
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll reach out within 3 business days to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation call to understand your travel preferences, style, budget, wishes, and to answer any questions you have. Planning service fee quotes will be sent after our call.
As soon as we receive the planning service fee (if applicable), we will get to work on your custom travel proposal! If more information is needed at this time depending on the trip request, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to ensure we capture all the intricacies (particular eaters, nap schedules if traveling with little ones, morning person or night owl, hotel design aesthetic, etc.). You can expect the proposal to include accommodation options, activities/tours, and transportation costs.
STEP 2: design
We collaborate to refine your itinerary until it perfectly matches your vision. You are welcome to be as involved (or not) as you like!
STEP 3: refine
STEP 4: book
Once you approve the itinerary, we handle all bookings and confirmations on your behalf. We will process any deposits that may be due during this step. Then, if applicable, we will share recommendations for down-time activities, local restaurants, country-specific travel tips, etc.
We provide detailed electronic documentation as soon as the trip is finalized and offer a pre-departure call to ensure you're fully prepared. Once you’ve arrived, we’ll check in occasionally to ensure our trusted travel partners are taking the best care of you.
